Daniel J. Ferrari, CPA, M.S. Taxation
Dan is the major shareholder of the firm and has practiced in public accounting since 1977. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from LaSalle University and has a Masters of Science in Taxation from Philadelphia University. Dan has over 30 years of experience in public accounting with a concentration in the automotive industry. Dan's practice primarily concentrates on high net worth individuals and closely held businesses with an emphasis on tax, business and estate planning. He works closely with his clients ensuring that they receive personal attention to all their individual and business needs. Dan is both a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Amy M. Dillon, CPA, M.S. Taxation
Amy is a shareholder of the firm and has practiced in public accounting since 1997 upon earning her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Amy is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, and has received a Masters of Science in Taxation from Philadelphia University. Amy performs audit, review, and compilation fieldwork along with the preparation of tax returns for various entities. Amy utilizes the knowledge she has gained in her ten plus years of professional experience to provide excellent service in the areas of business consulting, attestation and tax compliance, and the specialized services provided to small and emerging businesses. Amy is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
John J. Entz, CPA
John has practiced in public accounting since 1997 upon earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from The Pennsylvania State University and has been with Daniel Ferrari & Co., P.C. for over 10 years. He performs audit, review, attestation and tax services for small to mid-sized clients. He also assists clients with buy/sell agreements and business valuations. His industry exposure includes automotive, employee benefit plans, not-for profit, real estate, professional services and trade contractors. John is dedicated to working closely with his clients and assisting them with their accounting and tax needs. John is both a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Barbara Ferrari
Barbara is the office manager/ secretary for Daniel Ferrari & Co., P.C. She has been with the firm for over 20 years. Her duties include typing all audit/ attestation reports and correspondence between our firm and clients. She assists in the preparation of year-end audit confirmation requests. She also controls the mailing of our quarterly client newsletters and handles our tax season appointment schedule. She administers the timely facilitation of all personnel time reports and billings to clients.
